What are the requirements for degree attestation from Qatar Embassy in Pakistan?

• Qatar Embassy in Islamabad demands all original documents from matric onwards for Bachelors’s onward degree attestations.
• Qatar Embassy in Islamabad will attest TWO documents 1. Degree 2. Transcript 
• Qatar Embassy only attests to regular student degree programs they will not attest to distance learning programs i.e Virtual University, AIOU etc.
• Degree and Transcript should be attested from HEC, MOFA. MOFA stamp should be QR Code and HEC attestation should not be older than 2009.
